ANNOUNCED SPEAKERS:

Dr. Medina Baumgart

Dr. Medina Baumgart is a licensed psychologist and Board Certified in Police and Public Safety Psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology. She has extensive experience working with sworn and civilian law enforcement personnel in both correctional and law enforcement agency settings.

Dr. Baumgart is married to a now-retired police officer and understands firsthand the challenges that some cops face transitioning to retired life. She and her husband share their personal and professional experiences with other police officers and spouses in their Surviving Retirement training class. Dr. Baumgart continues to share her expertise with law enforcement officers, retirees, spouses, and agencies through presentations on a wide range of wellness topics that are informed by her experience, research, and clinical practice.

Kristofor Healey

Kristofor Healey is a former award-winning Special Agent with the Department of Homeland Security who has more than 15 years of experience in federal law enforcement as a Top-Secret clearance holder directing large-scale, multi-defendant fraud investigations and high-risk tactical operations, domestically and overseas.

As a Special Agent, Healey spent a decade on the Southwest Border, served on various federal task forces, testified in criminal proceedings as a Subject Matter Expert on tele-fraud, represented the U.S. Government on overseas missions to more than 15 countries, and was a featured speaker at law enforcement and industry conferences and training academies.  

Rebecca Lynn

Rebecca Lynn is the founder of Proud Police Wife (.com), a nationally recognized blog, where she provides support, encouragement, education, and resources to law enforcement families.  She is also the founder and host of the Annual Police Wife Conference, a virtual conference featuring highly sought after speakers and resources to law enforcement spouses internationally. 

Rebecca Lynn is the author of The Peacemaker’s Wife, A Journal for Reflection and Encouragement for Police Wives and Girlfriends and Proud Police Wife: 90 Devotions for Women Behind the Badge. She holds a degree in Psychology and Master’s Degree in Education. Rebecca’s husband has been in law enforcement for 16 years and they have three small children.

JEFF FIELDS

Jeff Fields is an accomplished law enforcement professional with over two decades of extensive experience at local and federal levels. He is recognized as a subject matter expert in Public Safety and various U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) matters. Jeff has conducted highly sensitive and widely publicized internal investigations, often driven by Congressional motivation, focusing on executive-level government personnel and DHS programs.

During his tenure as a Senior Special Agent / Program Manager with DHS, Jeff handled numerous cases involving waste, fraud, abuse, employee misconduct, and criminal allegations filed against the DHS and its vast workforce of over 400,000 employees. He successfully investigated cases that involved civil rights, corrupt agents within U.S. Customs and Border Protection along the southwest border, high-ranking personnel in the U.S. Coast Guard, and United States Secret Service employees in Washington, DC.

Monica Crawford

Monica Crawford is a wife, mom to many fur-kids, CEO of Five-0 Fierce and Fit, CrossFit Coach, and patrol officer. During her career, she endured many challenges from a physical injury, to mental health struggles and trauma from the work environment, to ongoing health struggles even after leaving.

Monica’s mission is to continue to promote first responder health and wellness through her community. She encourages others to prioritize themselves, to fill their own cup so they can always continue to give to others. To thrive at home, in your personal life, just as much as you find fulfillment within your career. To put self-care first, and find the balance you need to enjoy your career, your family, and your life well into retirement.

Adam Davis

Adam Davis is a former law enforcement officer, prolific author, and public speaker. He knows the challenges facing law enforcement officers and their relationships. Since leaving his career in law enforcement in 2015, he has devoted his time to delivering proven tools and resources for the mind and soul. He has devoted his life to serving others and sharing his words, in writing and speaking, to inspire others to make positive changes in their lives.

Adam is the founder of the Live Unconquered Foundation, a 501c3 non-profit that focuses on providing proven resources and training for first responders to help them win on the job and in their personal lives.
